【Means of Delivery】
Any delivery from our website is unified using a local express service. Customers can select one of the following:
- Deliver to Hong Kong residential/ business address
- Pick up at any SF store / SF service center
- Lai Chi Kok Self Pick Point
- Unit C/D/E, 22/F, Ford Glory Plaza, No. 37 Wing Hong Street, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong
- Opening: Mon to Fri 10:00-18:00, Sat, Sun and Public Holiday Off
【Area of Delivery】
- Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Islands District
- Remarks: Lamma Island (Tues and Fri dispatch), Cheung Chau (Mon and Thurs dispatch), Peng Chau (Wed and Sat dispatch)
Free shipping on all single transaction over HK$300, at Chitton.
If the purchase is less than HK$300, the shipping fee will be charged according to different delivery methods:
Self Pick-up at S.F. Store / S.F. Service Center - at HK$30
Dispatch to Hong Kong Residential/ /Industrial or Commercial address - at HK$30
*Delivery service only available in a single delivery location.
*An additional surcharge of HK$20 will be charged directly by S.F. Express for Remote Areas/Outlying Islands. Customers will be required to pay on the spot when receiving order parcel.
*Not covered: China, Macau, Taiwan and other overseas regions.
【Delivery Time Details】
Once the order is confirmed and successfully paid, the order item(s) will be shipped within 2 working days.
The delivery time usually takes 1-2 working days, except public holidays.
Shipping time will be postponed in case of:
Incomplete recipient information, change of recipient address, or recipient's inability to receive the parcel
inclement weather; the delivery service will be delayed or rearranged

【Delivery Status Tracking】
The system will notify you by e-mail once the item has been shipped with its waybill number, so that you can check the delivery status on the official website of the courier company (S.F. Express).
If you have not received the parcel by the expected delivery time, please contact S.F. Express CS and check the delivery progress by the product waybill number on the email.

【Shipping Cost, Delivery Terms and Conditions】
Chitton will arrange delivery after confirming your order payment.
All orders’ final confirmation are subject to the availability of the products/service. Under some circumstances when, Chitton fails to provide any goods or services ordered, it has the right to cancel the order and notify the customer by phone or email before making a refund.
Chitton will not notify the recipient the exact delivery time, please pay attention to the call from courier company.
If there is no direct lift at the delivery location, the customer may be required to pay the additional surcharge directly to courier company.
The delivery time may be delayed for some remote areas.
If the recipient appoints another person to collect the parcel, Chitton will not responsible for the risks or losses involved.
When the parcel is delivered to the shipping address listed in the order, whether or not it is signed by the designated recipient, the delivery will be deemed completed.
Courier will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the goodsby the promised. You agree and confirm that all shipments may be delayed.
Chitton will not be responsible for delivery delays or failure, due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Parcels that are not successfully delivered will be returned to Chitton's logistics warehouse. The paid shipping charges will not be refunded and the customer will be charged for the secondary delivery.
In case of inclement weather, the delivery service will be delayed or rearranged.
If the delivery is delayed, suspended, rescheduled, lost or destroyed due to actual conditions such as traffic, area, weather and other force majeure factors, Chitton will not take any responsibility.
In case of any dispute, Chitton reserves the right of final decision.
